Behind the Lens
With combined experience in the creative industry it was all about timing before making our move back into the Creative Wedding industry.
Now 4 years into our journey, we have had the pleasure of joining so many amazing couples on their big day.
It's not only been an honour, but also so exciting to see from the front row these special moments.
So how did BlackSheep come about?
Well simply chatting with our son (Age 5 at the time...) It was a very strange conversation. Why you would ask a five year old for a new business name still baffles us today. However, his response will never leave us!
It certainly has helped us create something almost as unique as we are.
"You and mummy are very different, just like two black sheep that work well together. That's why I love you and what makes you special... You are my BlackSheep".
The rest is history.
Our Philosophy...
BlackSheep says so much about our business. Not only through the eyes of a 5 year old, but also how we want to differ from other providers. This is not necessarily in a stylistic manner, but stems from our own passion to deliver true cinematic film and photography at price point that makes quality and creative film and photography accessible.
As a couple we also pride ourselves on our ability to focus on capturing not only your day, but also those magic moments that can only be told through the power of the lens. Our signature style is focused on not only ensuring we capture the wedding, but also ensuring you have time to relax and enjoy what is truly a magical day.

Many of our 2023/2024 package offers now include a Luxury Printed Product from GraphiStudio. More information available via the Price List button.
